Don’t just save this for dipping dumplings in. Makes a great sauce for eggrolls, shrimp and tempura.
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (or chili garlic sauce)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Place all the ingredients in a Mason jar, secure the lid and shake. Pour into a dipping bowl, and serve.
