1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp white sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
Place all the ingredients in a mason jar, secure the lid and shake until combined. Pour over your favourite salad or as a final glaze on grilled chicken or prawns.
