If you’ve never tried mustard butter, prepare to be delighted. Add a pat or three to grilled meats, boiled potatoes and pretty much any steamed vegetable.
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp anchovy paste
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and mix them together with a spatula until combined and smooth. Use immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
