Honey butter was made for cornbread—and French toast and blueberry muffins and banana bread and, quite frankly, any surface that’s spreadable.
3/4 cup salted butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
With an electric mixer set on medium-low speed, beat all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Use immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
