In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. In a second bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs and oil. Then add the milk and vanilla. When the wet ingredients are combined, add the dry ingredients, and mix well.
Prepare your waffle iron according to its directions, and pour ¼ cups of batter into the moulds. Peek for doneness after 2 minutes. After they’re cooked and cooled, dip them in your favourite doughnut glaze.
