(makes 1 loaf)
Punch down your risen dough, dust it with flour and roll it into a 12-by-9-inch rectangle. Break your favourite 100g dark-chocolate bar into shards, and press them into the top of the dough. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar, and form into a loaf by folding the dough into thirds (Fold the right edge over to the centre, give a gentle press, then fold it over again). Tuck under the ends to form a round(ish) loaf, and place seam-side down on a well-floured dinner plate. Dust the top with more flour, loosely cover with waxed paper and let rise 2 hours.
