Bread pudding is the perfect vehicle for rum sauce. And this one couldn’t be easier or more delicious.
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
2 tbsp spiced rum
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
7 cups cubed brioche
1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips
