Say hello to the perfect bread dough. No mess, no kneading and no end to what you can do with it. Pizza crust: check! French boule: check! Chocolate-stuffed bread: double check! Enjoy them all.
3 cups unbleached flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp quick-rise yeast
1 1/2 cups tepid water
Place the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl, and mix them together. Add the water, and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a messy, shaggy dough. Cover and let sit 14 to 24 hours.
