PARALLEL TOPOGRAPHIES—On July 7th, in conjunction with St. Albert’s ArtWalk event, the Art Gallery of St. Albert will have its opening reception for its new exhibit by artist Etty Yaniv. Originally from Tel Aviv and now residing near Brooklyn, she’s a sculptor who will get you thinking about how you sense and live in your surroundings. Reception goes from 6 pm to 9 pm.

BLOOD DONOR CLINIC—On July 9th, Canadian Blood Services is holding a blood drive. New donors are always welcome. It starts at 8:30 am and goes to 1:30 pm.

SEVEN MUSIC FESTIVAL—On July 9th, this second annual music festival will have an eclectic range of bands to cater to everyone’s musical needs. From Walk Off The Earth to the Carolines, enjoy all these bands have to offer. A beer garden, food trucks and vendors will also be there. Gates open at 1 pm and event ends at 11 pm. Free Park ‘n’ Ride available from St. Albert Centre to venue gate.
