FILL-A-BUS—On December 10th, St. Albert Transit, St. Albert Kinettes and the St. Albert Food Bank will be holding their 12th annual Fill-A-Bus event. So bring your non-perishable food items, toys and monetary donations where all your donations will help fill a St. Albert Transit bus from the driver’s seat to the back of the bus. The event starts at 9 am and goes to 3 pm.
Where: both Safeways, Sobeys, Costco, Canadian Tire and Real Canadian Superstore in St. Albert

THE IRRELEVANT SHOW—On December 10th, CBC’s popular radio comedy show will be coming to the Arden. There’ll be all-new sketches, live musical acts, songs and much more. See and hear how a radio show is created. It’ll be a live taping, so get your laugh in top-notch condition.

ELLIOT PLACE LIGHTS AND DISPLAYS—From 5 pm to 11 pm, Elliot Place in Erin Ridge will be lit up for your viewing pleasure. Brighten up your season by taking a stroll along the decorated homes, and brighten up someone’s holiday by bringing a donation for the St. Albert Food Bank. The holiday light display will be on until January 2nd, 2017.

COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS HYMNS—On December 12th, the St. Albert Ministerial Association invites everyone to join 10 community church choirs sing Christmas hymns. It’s free and a great way to enjoy your favourite Christmas songs.

HOLIDAY BAKING—On December 14th, kids aged 6 to 12 can try out some Christmas baking. Everyone will have a recipe, and he or she can whisk, beat, roll, decorate and mix—under adult supervision—enough treats to take home to show off their kitchen skills.
