Seen and Heard in Edmonton: Finding interesting blogs and podcasts can be difficult, but if you’re interested in local events and perspectives, then check out Karen Unland’s Seen and Heard. Geoguessr: This one is for all the geography fans out there. Geoguessr is part game and part online adventure. When you start, the program drops you into a Google Street View perspective somewhere on the planet, and it’s up to you to figure out where you are. Walk around, investigate the local scene and then make your guess. This site will push your geography knowledge and reasoning skills to the limit. As it turns out, getting lost can be a lot of fun. Supercook: Contrary to its name, Supercook is not a website for super cooks. This site is for the rest of us, who look around our kitchens and can’t figure out which ingredients go together.
